that's what we naed to educate ourselves on. as i've said and if i have identified all the different players, it does take a village to raise our kids. it does require us to understand not only what happens in the classroom, what happens on the school grounds, what happens in programs that we all cherish so much on and off our school sites, it's online and it's off-line that we also have to concern ourselves with. it is with kids that have both parents and kids without the parents at home that it's happening. we need to embrace a full court program on this because the numbers tell us and dictate to us that we have to have this high level strong fierce collaboration to end bullying and to make sure it doesn't proceed into its worst stages. and so i want to just thank everyone for this collaboration, i know our human rights commission, theresa, is here, i know commissioner is here as well and all of the bay area to work together to utilize the resources that our justice department is offering. their guidance and leadership as well

inquiries were about service and support animals and disability accommodations and housing, businesses and education and employment. contacts also requested information about affordable housing, benefits and case management services. people also called to report bed bug infestations. in the month of january we received three ada complaints, three curb ramp request, one request for accommodation. the request for accommodation we received was for an individual who are seakt concerns about the garfield pool and it's code compliantd but it did not meet the access needs of this particular individual. our office has been engaging in an interactive process with the individual to find a solution that works. all three of these complaints that our office received involved the homeless shelter system. there were reports of staff being unresponsive to the needs of people with non visible disabilities. our office has been working with the human service agency to set up additional training to address these issues and that concludes my case summary report. thank you. >> thank you. okay. we will move on to item 10

from a distance as a landscape, but once again up close there is another level of information that's educational about this facility. >> fire fly by artist ned con is an art installation which rises straight from the golden gate avenue sidewalk to the top of the building. >> the fire fly wall will be 5 by 5 polley carbon plates that will move with the wind and show a wave effect in the daytime. when those also swing back and forth and they hit the fulcrum, it will also set up an led light that will cover the fire fly. so, at nighttime people in another part of san francisco can see the side of our building and about 20 feet wide and 10 stories high will be a wall that will flickr on and off like fire flies at nighttime. it will be so energy efficient that if all those lights go on, it will be the equivalent of a 40 watt bulb. and also the new piece of artwork going all the way down the side of the building, which looks like this incredible wind ripples on a pond. and i thought, oh, my god, how incredible, how wonderful. >> inside the building we will have water walls in the main staircase, and t
